Yes a great gesture. Trouble is, all of Easy deserve a copy.

Yes, Mooch, it will be interesting to see who gets # 506. Would be good if it was someone from the forum.

I have heard that number 101 and 506 will be auctioned at ebay. But I don't have a confirmation on that one.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I personally delivered Copy #1 to Major Winters. He was speechless and said there were many photographs that he had not seen before. Genesis Publications made an old soldier very happy--made even better that it was delivered on the eve of his birthday.

Stunning! What an amazing birthday present for the Major to receive!

Is the Major's copy signed by anyone?

Copy #1 is signed by the same veterans as all the other copies.

Oh. Are all copies signed by the same veterans then? I thought each one could have a different set of signatures?

My understanding is the same veterans signed all the copies, but I defer to Genesis Publications for a definitive answer.

In my copy (#618) are the following signatures: Roy Gates, Buck Taylor, Clancy Lyall, Rod Strohl, Herb Suerth, Forrest Guth, and E. I. Shames? (not sure of the last one).
