Contacting the Winters Family regarding Genealogy

I was hoping that someone can help me. I do genealogy for a friend of mine and my husband. Her husband, who passed away last year at the ago of 99 years old, was
a JohnD Winters. Kay, the lady who I am helping do her husband's genealogy , has a OLD photo of Ira Winters, JohnD Winters father and it looks just like a old photo of
Richard D Winters. How can I have the family contact me regarding the genealogy of the family, or how can I contact them or have Kay contact them? We both know that
Richard D Winters has Parkensians Disease , and I would by no means want to bother him with this , however Kay is VERY interested in contacting the family and I would
appreciate ANY help I can get !

Marion, the major and his family asked a few years ago for people to stop contacting them.
As such, this forum is not an appropriate place for your question. Please use the normal genealogical channels for finding distant relatives.
