hi from North Idaho

Postby Adi on 03 Jan 2010 17:59

Hi everyone,

I have been interested in WW2 since I was a very small boy (I'm 47 now).I'm originally from Birmingham UK but moved out to North Idaho so my American wife could be closer to her family.

I would just like to thank the members from Easy Company and all World War 2 veterans for what they did in those dark days.If it wasn't for men/woman like you and the sacrifice you made,my home land would have most likely have been governed by a Nuts state and the world would have entered a new Dark Age.

You all are hero's and I'm very proud to be here.

Welcome to the site, Adi. I'm just across the border from you in Spokane. I married a local girl also. Maybe we can hook up sometime and talk about our shared interests. My bio is further down in this forum. Look forward to seeing you around the boards.

Pm me sometime. I'm pretty much retired, so am open to lunch or whatever.

I've never heard of any re-enactors on either side of the state.
