Counting the startup cost and the shirts I've already purchased....I'm just about tapped out! ...but it's worth it to me.

Payment is always in US dollars, but I can't see a problem with that because you pay by creditcard or paypal: you pay online in dollars but your bankaccount will automatically be debited in euros.
As you're only 16 I suppose you'll need one of your parents to place and pay the order, they'll understand how it works.
T shirt +shipping cost is $33 which is today EUR 26,13 (very reasonable not?)
